Ben is a hands-on builder and technologist with a track record of leading teams in nuclear plants, sawmills, and other demanding environments. He began his career as a Navy submarine officer before founding an industrial consulting firm, where he built software to track machinery performance. That work sparked a deep dive into AI/ML, leading to graduate certificates in Programming and Data Science from Harvard. Ben now combines real-world grit with advanced technical skill to build tools that help the people doing the work move faster, smarter, and better. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering, an MBA, and a Senior Reactor Operator license.
